Our Policy
If you're not happy with our service a pedi, mani, shellac or SNS, or any other services we provided, we're happy to fix until you're satisfied. Communication is the key so please let us know before hand.
Services such as SNS and Shellac, if you accidentally break, chip, lifted a finger or two. Feel free to come back we will fix it free of charge (within 7 days). Anything longer than 2 weeks you probably need a new set.
No refund under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse providing services to any customer.

Our Loyalty Card Policies
Get one stamp for every $25 spent with our loyalty card.
Each loyalty card can only be claimed 1 time for reward.
You can only claim your reward after 3,6,9 stamps.
Your loyalty card will be retained after you claim your reward.
This loyalty card can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
This loyalty card has no cash value.
*Due to our Grand Open promotion 20% for all Services from 26th March - 26th May, we will give out our loyal card after the promotion is over.
